Center Global at The DC Center (Member of LGBT FAN)

Center Global logoSince its establishment in 2012, Center Global has provided direct assistance and services to more than 65 individuals, who are in various stages of the asylum seeking process. This has included guidance regarding the legal process, coordinating housing assistance, providing limited financial support to several asylum seekers and creating supportive community for those seeking asylum. Casa Ruby

casa-ruby-DC-logo-220x220 Casa Ruby is a bilingual, multicultural LGBT Organization providing services and programs to the LGBT community. Its mission is support Transgender, Gender Queer and Gender Non-conforming Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual people to pursue their dreams without fear of discrimination, harassment, or violence. Its Drop-In Community Center provides hot meals, a clothing exchange, internet access, support groups, case management, emergency housing referrals, legal services and counseling (criminal/immigration).

La Clinica Del Pueblo

LaClinica-logoLa Clinica del Pueblo is a non-profit, federally qualified health center that serves the Latino and immigrant populations of the Washington, DC metro area. Our goal is to provide culturally appropriate health services, focusing on those most in need, including Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, Interpreter Services and Community Health Action.

Whitman Walker

Whitman WalkerWhitman-Walker Health is a Washington DC community health center specializing in HIV/AIDS care and lesbian, gay bisexual and transgender care. Whitman-Walker Health is home to one of the nation’s oldest medical-legal partnerships and offers legal services as part of its integrated health center.
